 Amy Powers is an award-winning Stager and Industry Leader, who is a member of International Associations of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) and the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). She is a Trailblazer in the Short-Term Rental industry with courses and expertise design nationwide. Her Atlanta based staging business pivoted to meet the growing STR market ahead of Super Bowl LIII in 2019. Since then, Amy has developed multiple courses for Designers and Owners on STR design. Recently she created an insightful 4-hour CE for Real Estate Agents in Georgia to take advantage of this growing market. She has received many design and speaking awards, including nominations for the 2023 Top 100 Most Influential in Real Estate Staging and the Lori Kim Polk Lifetime Achievement Award.
