Amy, from Atlanta, Georgia, has been in the design industry since 2007 as a professional home stager. She started doing Short-Term Rental (STR) design in 2019 as an add-on service for local investors wanting to test the new trend of Airbnb (R). Amy has proven to be a pioneer in the industry and has won several awards as well as trains other designers and stagers internationally on how to add this service to their business. Amy's home staging experience allows her to think outside the box and focus on the most likely guest and their experience. She is an avid STR problem solver and thrives on the challenges of designing STRs nationwide.

Juan Corona, from Dallas, Texas, is a master at what it takes to get a property ready. He takes charge on-site once all the designs have been approved, purchased and delivered. He works exceptionally well with his team of installers as well as with contractors, painters, cleaners and workers present to make sure everything is tidy, efficient and all is in the proper place. He installs art, TVs, furniture and all the elements needed for a perfect product. His "get it done" demeaner allows for a quick installation, making the property ready for photography and guest to enjoy.

Currently serving as the Event and Project Manager for Vacation Rental In A Box, Orlando merges his passions for design, travel, and hospitality. He acts as the creative liaison for scheduling and development of courses, continuing education programs, and speaking engagements nationwide.
