COURSE DESCRIPTION
This 3-hour course will cover basic information for Real Estate (RE) Agents to discover more about Short-Term Rentals (STR) and how to attract buyers, investors and businesses looking to source properties for STR.

GOAL
Agents will understand what it takes to locate a profitable property, financing, and insurance options and how to guide their buyer with resources to successful STR launch.

LEARNING OBJECTIVIES
Upon completion of this course students will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of:
     - Understanding the hospitality mindset
     - How to find STR properties for their buyers
     - How to connect them with the right resources for a successful launch
     - Identify red flags that could compromise nightly occupancy and rates
